1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Liveur.fr, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Service Description

Liveur.fr offers the following services:

Live shopping platform
Secure payment management via SumUp
Cart and order management
Unified merchant and client interface

3. User Accounts

You can create a CLIENT account (to buy), a MERCHANT account (to sell), or both (BOTH account). You are responsible for the security of your account and all activities that occur within it. Logins are secured via Google OAuth or TikTok OAuth.

4. Payments and Billing

Payments are securely processed by SumUp:

All prices are displayed in euros (EUR)
Payments are processed immediately
Accepted cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
Merchants receive their payments according to SumUp conditions

5. Shipping

Shipping fees are set by the merchant and displayed before order completion. Delivery times vary by merchant and product. The customer is responsible for providing a correct delivery address.

6. Returns and Refunds

Return policies are defined by each merchant. Refunds are processed via SumUp and may take 5-10 business days. Contact the merchant directly for any return-related questions.

7. Prohibited Behaviors

Fraudulent use of the platform
Sale of illegal or counterfeit products
Harassment of other users
Attempted hacking or unauthorized access
Use of bots or unauthorized automation

8. Limitation of Liability

Liveur.fr acts as an intermediary between merchants and clients. We are not responsible for the quality of products sold, delivery delays attributable to merchants, or disputes between merchants and clients. Our liability is limited to the amount of service fees collected.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication. Your continued use of the platform after modification constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
