What is Liveur.fr?

Liveur.fr is a live shopping platform that connects merchants with customers in real-time. Merchants can present their products during live sessions, and customers can purchase directly during the live.

How do I create an account?

You can create an account by signing in via Google OAuth or TikTok OAuth. Depending on your needs, you can create a CLIENT account (to buy), MERCHANT account (to sell), or both (BOTH).

Is the platform secure?

Yes! We use the latest security technologies: SSL/TLS encryption, OAuth2 authentication, and all payments are processed by SumUp, PCI-DSS certified.

Customer Questions

How do I buy a product?

Join a live session, add products you're interested in to your cart, then complete your purchase with your credit card via our secure SumUp payment system.

Can I buy without creating an account?

Yes! You can use OTP authentication (code via email) to quickly access your carts without creating a permanent account. However, a Google or TikTok account offers more features.

How do I track my order?

Log in to your CLIENT account and access the 'My Orders' section in your dashboard. You'll find the complete history of your purchases and their status.

Merchant Questions

How do I become a merchant?

Sign in via Google or TikTok OAuth on the Merchant Login page. Your merchant profile will be created automatically. You can then create your products and launch live sessions.

How do merchant payments work?

Payments are processed by SumUp. You receive your payments directly to your bank account according to SumUp conditions (usually within 2-3 business days).

Can I be both a customer AND a merchant?

Absolutely! Our multi-role system (BOTH) allows you to easily switch between customer and merchant interfaces. You can sell your products while buying from other merchants.

Payment Questions

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards via SumUp: Visa, Mastercard, American Express. Payments are secure and encrypted.

Are payments secure?

Yes! All payments are processed by SumUp, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified provider (the highest security certification for payments). We never store your banking information.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are managed by merchants. Contact the relevant merchant directly via our platform. Refunds are processed via SumUp and typically take 5-10 business days.
